What’s coming

What we’re building for team managers, treasurers and parents. We don’t promise dates, as we’d rather get each one right than rush it.

The short version

Just added: coaches’ first aid and DBS dates with reminders, a player of the match log that parents see, and the usual items for your sport.
Now: the Clubtab app for managers, on iPhone and Android.
Plans change as we learn what teams need most, so things can move between Now, Next and Later.

Coaches and first aid. On the Team and Club plans: each coach’s and helper’s first aid, safeguarding and DBS check dates, with a reminder to the manager and the club before each one runs out. Only the dates and who checked them are kept, never certificate numbers.
Player of the match. A simple log of each match’s award, and each parent sees their own child’s on their statement.
The usual items for your sport. Football, netball, cricket and hockey teams are offered their own usual items, amounts and subs months.

The Clubtab app for managers. On iPhone and Android, with notifications, the camera for receipts, and cash recorded even with no signal.

Handing a team on. When a manager steps down at the end of a season, pass the team to the next one with its history kept.
Districts and leagues. Bringing every club in a district or league on board at once.

Your club’s own web address. Parent pages on your club’s own domain, like pay.yourclub.co.uk.
Welsh across the app. Parent pages can already show their main words in Welsh. The rest of Clubtab will follow.
A live bank feed. Payments arriving from your bank by themselves, instead of uploading a statement each month. It would be a paid add-on, and only once we can offer it at a fair price.
