For clubs, treasurers and committees

Every team’s money, in one view.

Your team managers keep their own accounts and their own way of working. You get balances, payments still to match and year-end packs for every team, without asking for a single spreadsheet.

Built around how clubs really work

Teams stay independent. The club stays informed.

  • Managers keep their accounts

Each team’s dedicated account stays in the manager’s name. Online payments are paid straight into it; nobody has to change banks.

  • Join with a club code

Invite managers by email, or share a club code and approve each request. Already-running teams can join your club later.

  • Money due to the club

Registration fees collected by teams show as owed to the club until they’re passed up, so nothing gets spent twice.

  • Year-end in one go

Each team’s ledger, bank statements and receipts, plus a club summary, in one export ready for the accounts.

  • Roles that fit

Club admins, treasurers, team managers and helpers each see what they need, nothing more.

  • Support with consent

Support can only see an account when a manager allows it, for a set time, with a banner showing the whole time.

Club plan

Parent pages in your colours, on your own address.

Add your crest and two club colours, and every statement, join link and thank-you receipt carries them. Parents see your club’s name, not ours.

Colours are checked for contrast automatically, so text on your colours always stays readable.

Rolling it out

Start with a few teams. Add the rest when they’re ready.

  1. Step 1: Claim your club

Search for your club; if it’s not there, add it. A committee member becomes club admin.

  2. Step 2: Invite managers

Send invites or share the club code. Choose whether join requests need approval.

  3. Step 3: Teams connect

Each manager turns on online payments and brings their spreadsheet. About 20 minutes each.

  4. Step 4: You watch it fill

Balances and unmatched payments for every team appear in the club overview.

For the committee

The answers your committee will want.

We’ll walk your treasurer or chair through any of this on a call before a single team connects.

Who owns the data?
Your club. We use it only to run Clubtab for you, under a data agreement we sign with the club.
Does Clubtab hold the money?
No. Payments go through Stripe, a regulated payment provider, straight to each team’s own account.
What if a manager leaves?
Hand the team to a new manager in a few taps. The history stays with the team, not the person.
What if we stop using it?
Export everything as spreadsheets and PDFs, and we delete your club’s data on request.

Set up your club this season.

£199 a season for the club plan, including 5 teams. We’ll send a one-page pack for your next committee meeting.
