Paying for Clubtab, answered.
- Who pays?
- Whoever suits your club. Some clubs pay for every team from central funds; others let each team pay from its own account, the same way it pays for kit.
- Do parents pay anything?
- No. Statements are free for parents, and they pay exactly what’s due, online or by bank transfer.
- When do we pay?
- Once a season, just before your club’s season starts (1 August for most winter sports). Join mid-season and you pay only for the months left. Clubs can pay by card or by invoice, and we remind the treasurer a month before renewal.
- Are there fees on payments?
- Stripe’s fees come out of each online payment before it reaches the team: 1.5% + 20p by card, or 1% capped at £4 by Direct Debit. Parents always pay the exact amount. On the Free plan, Clubtab adds 20p; on Team and Club it adds nothing.
